I came across this picture when I was surfing the net. It reads: "SPEAKING CELLPHONE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WHEN THUNDERSTORM".


I feel that the sentence should be " USE OF CELLPHONE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED DURING THUNDERSTORM" as how could a cellphone actually speaks?
